Senior Engineer

Job requirements

    Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CDP and API-led integration, including practical exposure to enterprise middleware solutions Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement API-led integrations using MuleSoft to connect Salesforce CDP with Oracle Fusion, CPQ, and other enterprise systems
  • Configure and administer Salesforce CDP, overseeing activation, data ingestion, modeling, segmentation, and identity resolution
  • Develop robust middleware solutions for error handling, data transfer, and system reliability across multiple platforms
  • Manage secure file transfers utilizing Akamai and WinSCP, maintaining compliance with organizational standards
  • Integrate NICE CaaS and other cloud-based services into existing workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Leverage ANSI SQL within Salesforce CDP for advanced data manipulation, modeling, and segmentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between systems
  • Identify and deploy middleware AI use cases to enhance automation, operational efficiency, and data quality

  • Familiarity with advanced data security and compliance practices
  • Experience with cloud-based middleware platforms

    • Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
  • Salesforce Certified Data Architect or Salesforce CDP certification (preferred)
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Specialist (preferred)
