Associate Manager - Integration

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an Associate Manager - Integration for its Smart Integration (API) - Delivery team. The role will own the design, development, and delivery of complex integration projects across Oracle Cloud applications and external platforms. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, ensure best-practice architecture, and mentor junior developers while driving performance and reliability of integration solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for ERP, HCM, SCM and third-party systems.
• Create, manage, and secure REST and SOAP APIs, including OAuth2 and other security policies.
• Apply integration patterns such as synchronous, asynchronous, pub-sub, file-based, and event-driven models.
• Utilize OIC adapters (REST, SOAP, DB, FTP, ERP, HCM, etc.) to connect cloud and on-premise applications.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception recovery mechanisms.
• Optimize performance of high-volume and long-running integrations.
• Lead migration of legacy SOA/OSB integrations to OIC where applicable.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, testing, and production support.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Stay current with emerging iPaaS technologies (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and recommend improvements.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle SaaS (ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Strong expertise in designing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, including security standards.
• Proven knowledge of integration patterns and OIC adapters.
• Experience implementing error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning for integrations.
• Hands-on migration experience from SOA/OSB to OIC (preferred).
• Exposure to cross-platform integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, or AWS.
• Familiarity with other iPaaS tools such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft (a plus).
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in a technical team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., OIC) are a plus.
