Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, along with extensive experience in Power Platforms, CRM modules (such as Sales, Marketing new module known as customer insight, Customer Service and Field Service), data migration and integration. You will work closely with our business analysts and clients to design, customize, and deploy business applications tailored to meet specific business needs.
Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Business Central applications. Utilize Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, to enhance business solutions. Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather requirements and design solutions. Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 Business Central and other systems, leveraging APIs, web services, and third-party tools. Manage data migration and integration tasks efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and comply with best practices. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Attend both business and technical considerations when designing solutions to project/team or company-related issues. Comply with all confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements, ensuring information security at all times. Meet deadlines and adhere to set coding standards. Conduct requirement analysis and provide estimations to the support team. Compile required documents related to project and process excellence. Provide guidance to junior developers and support to teammates as needed. Nurture and mentor assigned resources.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central development. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Proficient in Power Platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. Experience with CRM modules and their implementation. Expertise in data migration and integration tasks. Sed in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and Liquid code. Excellent problem - solving ss and attention to details. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in testing and cloud environments is a plus. Should have knowledge of both model driven app and canvas app.
