メインプロダクトであるCommune Communityの、バックエンドのテックリードを担っていただきます。

コミューンはこれまで急成長を遂げており、今、複数のSaaSプロダクトを展開しながら、その進化を加速させています。しかし、その急成長の裏で、無視できない量の技術負債を積み上げてもきました。

特に課題なのは、結合度のコントロールをやり切れていない点です。

例えば、フロントエンドとバックエンドの結合。アプリケーションデータと分析用データの結合。APIと顧客の結合。**これら様々な結合を解きほぐし、適切な結合に置き換えてやることで、柔軟性と生産性の両方を向上していく**必要があります。

Communeは、企業とユーザーの関係性をより深く・豊かにすることを目指したSaaSプロダクトです。

多様な業種・規模のクライアントに導入されており、マーケティング、サポート、プロダクト活用など、顧客との接点を横断的につなぐ体験基盤を提供しています。Communeのシステム設計には、ユニークな難しさがあります。

特徴的なのは、私たちは「特定の顧客の、特定の課題を解決しているわけではない」ことです。

私たちは、顧客企業がユーザーの力を事業成長に活かすために、最も効果的だと考えられることを、なんでもやります。それが今、たまたまオンラインコミュニティという形を取っているに過ぎません。次に何をやるのが正解か、誰にも分かりません。

エンジニアリングは「同じところを見つける」のが仕事ですが、正解のない領域においては、どのようなモジュール化にも100％の確信を持つことができません。よって、どの程度の柔軟性を確保しておくかの判断が、毎回シビアに求められます。

それが、Communeのエンジニアリングの面白いところです。

職務内容

- バックエンドの機能開発とリファクタリングの両立、そのリード

- システムを止めずに大規模な漸次リファクタリングを行う戦略構築への協力及び戦術の構築と遂行

具体的には、例えば以下を想定しています。（優先順位等は状況次第で変動します）

- デバッグと監視・運用を考慮したエラー体系の設計・構築

- テストの高速化やlinterの使い方の再検討等による、開発体験・速度の向上

- アプリケーション自身と分析の両方を考慮した、非同期メッセージングアーキテクチャの設計・構築

- その他、難度の高い機能開発等

- Programming languages/Runtime：TypeScript / Node.js

- Frameworks：Express / React / Next.js

- Infrastructure：Google Cloud

- Database：MySQL

- Project management：Linear

- Source code management：GitHub

- Tools：Notion / Slack

- AI Tools：Claude Code / Cursor / Devin / Gemini / ChatGPT（Codex）

応募資格（必須）

- **Webアプリケーション開発経験（7年以上）**

- TypeScriptを用いた開発経験（2年以上）

- クラウドインフラの構築経験（Google Cloud・AWSなど）

- チームでの技術的リード経験

- システムアーキテクチャ設計経験（バックエンドコードアーキテクチャ・クラウドインフラ・APIバージョニング・CQRSなど）

- レガシーシステムの移行プロジェクトのリード経験

- チーム横断の技術的リード経験

- 複雑なビジネス要件を、システムアーキテクチャに落とし込んだ経験

- TypeScriptという言語の特殊性（特にDDDの戦術的アプローチにおいて）への理解

- フロントエンド開発経験
