Executive assistant

An innovative telecommunications company specialized in delivering cutting edge Metro fiber optic network solutions in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

· Act as the point of contact between executive director and employees, clients and other external partners

· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

· Manage executives directors calendars and set up meetings

· Make travel and accommodation arrangements

· Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

· Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports

· Drafting of official letters and taking minutes during meetings

· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

Organize and maintain the office filing system

Note: Reports to the Executive Director

· Bachelors degree

(Legal background is a plus)

· You have significant and relevant experience working in telecommunication industry.

· You are a futuristic thinker who’s excited to work in a dynamic and innovative environment

· You are a structured, logical, and creative thinker with an ability to dissect a problem using a critical approach.

· You possess very strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present clear, well-thought out recommendations.

· You have Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

· You must be a prolific writer

· You have excellent MS Office knowledge

· You have outstanding organizational and time management skills

· you are familiar with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

· You possess excellent verbal as well as written communications skills

· Discretion and confidentiality

· Knowledge of telecom industry is a plus.
