Broadridge is an American financial technology company spun out of ADP in 2007 that operates much of the invisible infrastructure behind securities markets. Headquartered in New York and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, its revenue is almost entirely recurring because clients cannot easily move the record-keeping systems it operates.
