Broadridge is an American financial technology company spun out of ADP in 2007 that operates much of the invisible infrastructure behind securities markets. It processes shareholder communications and proxy voting for the large majority of United States public company shares, runs post-trade processing and clearance systems for broker-dealers, and sells wealth management, capital markets and communications platforms to banks and asset managers. Headquartered in New York and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, its revenue is almost entirely recurring because clients cannot easily move the record-keeping systems it operates.

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
