About the role
Our BizOps team is responsible for all of the office operations challenges the company is facing, tackling complex real-world problems that directly affect the company's success. You'd be joining to take full ownership of our brand-new, three-floor office, manage the reception team, and be the go-to person for our 300 employees, creating a great workplace experience for everyone. This is a maternity leave cover role.
What you’ll do:
- Take full ownership of the three-floor office, including day-to-day operations and facility maintenance
- Serve as the go-to person for approximately 300 employees' day-to-day office needs
- Manage the reception team to keep daily operations smooth and the office welcoming
- Identify and implement improvements to office operations, processes, and the workplace environment
- Select and manage vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and oversee the office operations budget
- Manage office setup, swag, and compliance for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Partner with the Employee Experience Manager on engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives such as happy hours, company gifts, and anniversaries
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven work experience as an Office Manager in a startup or hi-tech environment
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented
- Adaptable to shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace
- Experience with relevant software tools (e.g., Google Sheets, workplace management systems)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
