Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Определением и проектированием архитектуры проекта с учётом долгосрочных целей и масштабируемости.

  • Настройкой процессов разработки и поддержкой их эффективной работы в команде.

  • Выступать в роли играющего тренера: поддерживать баланс между управлением командой и личным участием в разработке.

  • Руководством и развитием команды: найм, создание мотивирующей среды, постановка стратегических и тактических целей для команды.

  • Обеспечением слаженного взаимодействия со смежными командами, участием в координации кросс-командных инициатив и проектов.

Что мы ожидаем:

  • Опыт разработки на языке Go от 3 лет.
  • Опыт работы с микросервисной архитектурой.
  • Умение писать чистый, тестируемый код.
  • Опыт работы с терминалом в Linux и понимание, куда посмотреть, когда есть проблемы.
  • Опыт работы с распределёнными системами (микросервисы, service discovery) и с соответствующими инструментами (K8s, Docker, Grafana, Opensearch, Jaeger).
  • Опыт работы с Postgres, Redis, Kafka, gRPC + Protobuf.
