Lead Process Improvement Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Process Improvement Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management operation in Qatar.

This role will focus on driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and service performance across complex FM operations. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimise processes and strengthen SLA/KPI performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations
• Review existing workflows and identify efficiency and performance gaps
• Analyse SLAs, KPIs and operational performance data
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective/improvement actions
• Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Develop and standardise processes, procedures and best practices
• Support operational audits and performance reviews
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement and track improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence or continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma certification/experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of RCA, process mapping, KPI/SLA analysis and performance improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience within Facilities Management, O&M, engineering or a similar operational environment is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• GCC/Qatar experience would be an advantage
