Join our team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer and help build our critical Enterprise Clinical workflows system. You will work on the Butterfly Cloud, a secure and robust connection to users' health information. Your core responsibilities will include solving distributed systems problems, building modern solutions, owning business problems, mentoring other engineers, and performing a variety of tasks in support of the role. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare and save millions of lives.

- Frontend experience with React and Typescript
- Web apps with live updates - pub/sub solutions (such as Redis), WebSockets
- Containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, ECS, EKS
- Designing and building observability solutions, utilizing modern monitoring, logging, and metrics tools ensure overall system health
- HIPAA, PHI and PII compliance
- GraphQL and related frameworks e.g. Relay, Apollo and URQL
- Experience with LLMs and MLOps
- Opensearch or other Lucene based search engines
