The role

We are looking for our VP of Operations to bring our commercial engine, business systems and customer insights under one roof. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a unified operations organisation of around 20 people across Revenue Operations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Operations), Business Applications and enterprise systems, and Customer Insights - with three leaders reporting to you.

This is a builder's mandate. As Bynder drives durable growth, margin expansion and a company-wide AI transformation, you will create the operating rigour, single source of truth and scalable go-to-market execution the business needs - and build a strong leadership bench beneath you. You will be a genuine partner to commercial leadership and a close partner to the wider Finance organisation on performance, planning and value creation.

What will you do

• Lead one unified Operations function. Own Revenue Operations across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Partner Operations, together with Business Applications and Customer Insights. Build one operating model and consistent ways of working.

• Partner commercially. Be the operating partner to commercial leadership on pipeline, forecasting, enterprise segmentation, sales capacity and compensation design.

• Operationalise the growth architecture. Turn our growth levers - retention and GRR, the expansion engine, and new-logo generation - into owned, measurable motions with clear targets and reporting.

• Deliver Salesforce 2.0. Lead our CPQ implementation and the wider GTM enterprise application stack - Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Salesloft, Spiff, 6sense and their integrations - including a Customer Success platform migration to Planhat and the selection and rollout of a new PSA platform.

• Own the single source of truth. Govern data and metric definitions jointly with Finance and Internal Analytics so the business runs on one set of numbers.

• Drive AI in operations. Embed AI and agentic tooling across the commercial stack and internal workflows to lift productivity, sharpen forecasting and decision-making, and support Bynder's AI Transformation Office alongside our Chief Strategy Officer.

• Turn insight into action. Work with Product and commercial leadership to translate usage, risk and opportunity data into concrete expansion and retention actions.

• Build and grow the team. Develop and calibrate the leadership bench, attract senior analytics and transformation talent, and raise the standard of work across the function.

• Support value creation. Provide the clean operational data and operating rigour that underpin margin and EBITDA delivery.

What will you bring

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations, commercial operations or business operations within high-growth B2B SaaS, including several years in senior leadership.

• A proven multi-function leader who has run two or more of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Operations - ideally alongside ownership of business applications or a CRM platform.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen: fluency in ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline and forecasting, pricing, unit economics and compensation design. Comfortable driving decisions from the numbers, not just reporting them.

• Deep Salesforce ecosystem experience, with a track record of delivering CRM or CPQ transformation and governing data and reporting at scale. Platform migration experience is a strong advantage.

• A builder's approach to AI: hands-on in using AI and agentic tooling to automate workflows, streamline decision-making and raise the speed and quality of work.

• Executive presence and edge: the ability to hold a leadership layer accountable, bring a clear point of view, and lift a strong team to a higher standard.

• PE-backed and/or transaction experience - diligence, integration, value creation - is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, and based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
