Responsibilities

Create vertical content and influencer selection strategies.

Establish project and budget management metrics.

Guide the end-to-end creator partnership cycle including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting and analysis.

Responsible for data analysis, building reports and using data and insights to inform learnings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights.

Track creator content performance using influencer performance measurement tools and platforms to further optimize strategies for future content launches.

Qualifications

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Communications, Management, Media, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

Optimizing creator monetization economy, including implementing operational strategies and content optimization to enhance creator content click-to-purchase conversion;

Managing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies and talent within the social media industry;

Measuring, assessing, and improving the awareness of brands or sellers on e-commerce platforms;

Creating, maintaining, and delivering reports using Excel, and developing, validating, and maintaining metrics to evaluate business performance;

Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes; and

Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timeline, and status document.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: Culver City, CA

Salary Range: $102600 - $143640 per year
