岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、作为IT技术项目经理，和IT内部团队及上下游团队合作，负责IT驱动的重点项目的论证规划及端到端交付; 负责集团驱动的大型项目集在IT领域的子项目交付，技术域覆盖网络、终端、音视频、安全、资产等;
2、识别和解决跨部门跨模块的依赖及风险，对业务目标达成负责;
3、组建由领域专家构成的项目团队，制定技术方案和项目计划，建立评估体系和观测指标集; 通过指标波动和用户反馈，及时完善技术方案、沟通方案，对项目的过程和结果负责;
4、主导项目复盘，沉淀项目管理经验及教训，完善流程和工具;
5、迭代可复用的整体解决方案模版，为同类项目的论证和交付提效。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，优先考虑计算类专业;
2、有互联网项目管理经验，有IT网络、终端、音视频、安全类项目管理经验则加分;
3、有基础的数据分析能力，有根因归纳能力，重视数据验证和数据驱动;
4、乐意接受变化，并能在多变的环境下保持项目稳定交付;
5、英语可作为工作语言;
6、有PMP、DevOps或Scrum的认证。
