Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Head of Operations. This is a full-time role based in Aboru, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day FMCG distribution activities, including warehouse and logistics operations.
- Provide leadership and coordination to department heads to ensure goals are met.
- Track stock movement and monitor overall business performance.
- A university degree in any relevant field.
- Proven experience in a senior FMCG or distribution management role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
N400,000 per month.
