Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

One to three years of experience in casino or hotel customer service, guest host, or telemarketing.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Ability to think independently and make decisions to maximize customer experience and program profitability.
Exceptional time management. Must perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
