The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing, fluency in English, and hands-on experience with Braze.
Missions
- Développer et exécuter des stratégies CRM pour augmenter l'engagement des abonnés, renforcer la fidélisation, accroître la valeur à vie (LTV) et réduire le taux de désabonnement.
- Construire, gérer et optimiser des campagnes personnalisées et des parcours automatisés dans Braze pour engager les abonnés à chaque étape de leur cycle de vie.
- Analyser le comportement des abonnés, la performance des campagnes et les métriques de rétention pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.
