岗位职责：
1.协同业务部门进行需求评估，实施有效的技术解决方案
2.参与量化交易平台相关软件需求的分析、设计、编码、系统部署实施及维护、应急等
3.参与量化平台相关性能、功能的优化和完善
4.实施有效的项目管理、版本管理、识别和控制风险
5.量化相关的技术支持工作及公司分配的其他开发支持工作
职位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，有责任感，能承受较大的工作压力，接受有挑战性的工作
2.1年以上开发工作经验，3年以上证券或期货行业相关系统平台经验
3.精通C、C++、Python、Shell脚本等开发调试；熟练掌握MySQL、SQLServer、Oracle等数据库语言；熟练使用Linux操作系统
4.对网络、服务器硬件等有扎实的基础知识
5.有证券期货业量化系统开发相关的经验优先考虑
6.必须具备证券从业资格
