岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.制定和完善美术生产流程和规范，在技术艺术方面为团队提供参考，并为复杂问题找到解决方案;

2.开发工具和材质，满足项目美术需求，提升渲染品质和表现效果;

3.根据项目需求参与模型、特效、材质和纹理等的效果开发;

4.配合引擎程序进行图形渲染模块开发及性能优化。

岗位要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历， 具备3年以上游戏TA经验;

2.熟悉UE/Unity引擎的各类渲染管线，具备良好的图形学基础;

3.熟练掌握Shader编程语言;

4.在材质渲染，灯光渲染，动画，布料，程序化生成等某一领域有多年经验的优先;

5.具备良好的分析解决问题能力、沟通协作能力、学习能力;

6.责任心强、自我要求严格、学习能力强、有责任感、有良好的沟通能力、具备团队合作精神;

7.能承受一定的工作压力，对游戏开发充满热情。
