Developed by Calpion's group company, Plutus Health, the platform leverages automation and artificial intelligence to streamline clinical workflows and accelerate insurance reimbursements for autism therapy.
Plutus Health Inc. - Plutus Health is a 360-degree software solution for healthcare providers (Practices, Hospitals) to help with medical billing and insurance. We provide services to most big hospitals and doctors in the US. We offer end-to-end services from patient registration till the claim amount is credited to the healthcare provider's account.
Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead/Architect to drive architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Full Stack Development using Node.js and React, strong AWS cloud experience, and a good understanding of AI/ML technologies and use cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define solution architecture and technology roadmap.
- Lead engineering teams and provide technical mentorship.
- Design and implement cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Drive full stack development using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and delivery teams.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities, Generative AI solutions, and intelligent automation opportunities.
- Ensure security, scalability, performance, and reliability standards are met.
Required Skills :
- 12 - 18 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, REST APIs and Microservices.
- Hands-on AWS experience including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture and cloud design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
AI/ML Expectations :
- Good understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI solution lifecycle.
- Exposure to AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Bedrock or equivalent platforms.
- Experience working on predictive analytics, GenAI, chatbots, recommendation engines, NLP or intelligent automation projects is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience in consulting or enterprise product environments.
- AWS certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
