Product Engineer – AI & Digital Workplace

The Position

As a Product Engineer at Cambio, you'll design, build, and evolve digital products that improve efficiency, quality, and the employee experience across the company.

Working at the intersection of engineering, AI, and business improvement, you'll help transform how we work by turning opportunities into solutions that deliver measurable value. You'll partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to identify problems, build practical solutions, and continuously improve them over time.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, iterating quickly, and taking ownership from idea to operation. You'll have significant freedom to shape products, ways of working, and technical solutions while helping drive Cambio's adoption of AI, automation, and modern workplace technologies.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend development.

• Proven experience building, shipping, and operating products in production environments.

• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud platforms, integrations, and APIs.

• Experience identifying business needs and translating them into practical solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.

• Experience applying AI, automation, or data-driven approaches to improve efficiency and quality.

• Strong operational mindset with focus on reliability, supportability, and measurable outcomes.

• Self-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable working in areas where no playbook exists.

• Can communicate fluently in both spoken and written english

Microsoft & AI Ecosystem Experience

Experience with, or strong interest in, the Microsoft ecosystem including:

• Microsoft 365 Copilot

• SharePoint Online

• Teams and Loop

• Entra ID and Purview

• Power Platform and Microsoft Graph

• AI agents, automation, and governance

You understand how these technologies can be combined to create secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that drive productivity and business value.

It's a Bonus If You Have

• Experience building AI-powered assistants, agents, or autonomous workflows.

• Experience with Power Platform, Azure AI, or Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience with enterprise architecture, governance, or digital workplace platforms.

• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITIL) practices.

• Experience measuring and driving adoption of digital products.

• Good communication skills in both written and spoken swedish

Additional Information

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
