Responsibilities
- Campaign Performance & A/B Testing: Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and bonus mechanics to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Player Analytics & Insight: Conducting deep-dive analyses into player behavior, VIP activity, and churn.
- Customer Segmentation: Extracting behavioral insights from the customer database to build, maintain, and segment highly targeted audiences for personalized communications.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Preparing regular performance metrics and translating data into actionable insights for senior management and marketing/ CRM teams.
- Tool Utilization: Leveraging leading marketing automation and CRM platform to track user journeys, ad-hoc sends, and overall program health.
Requirements
- At least 4 years in marketing analytics or a data-driven CRM role, with specialized experience in iGaming (Sportsbook, Casino, or Crypto) as a must.
- Strong numerical and statistical analysis skills, with high proficiency in interpreting large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with advanced CRM systems (e.g., FastTrack, Smartico, Customer.io or Optimove).
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data tools such as Tableau, SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, or Python.Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
