Customer Service and Sales

Secure electronic signatures for invoices and collect necessary payments.

Foster consistent communication with key customer contacts, building rapport and adding value during each delivery.

Collaborate weekly with the manager to devise solutions for current customer needs, identifying opportunities for cross-selling new products.

Post-Delivery Procedures, Reporting, and Professional Standards

Unload and organize soiled goods upon return to the branch, ensuring a neat and orderly vehicle.

Report any vehicle accidents, mechanical issues, or malfunctions promptly.

Maintain the vehicle in a tidy manner and reconcile all delivery data accurately during the route settlement process.
