About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Strategy & Automation Executive to drive digital transformation across the organization. This role owns end-to-end digital projects - from CRM optimization and sales automation to AI-driven workflow design - and acts as the bridge between business teams and technology. You're someone who doesn't just use tools but actively hunts for new ones, questions existing processes, and builds smarter systems from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Digital Project Management & Strategy: Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, including process mapping, AI integration, and automation rollouts. Drive a fully digital sales process by implementing and maintaining tools that support the sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales tracking. Identify and prioritize opportunities to digitize manual or inefficient workflows across departments
• Automation & AI Implementation: Design, build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make or Google Apps Script, turning repetitive manual tasks into reliable, scalable processes. Embed yourself in daily operations to understand how work actually gets done, then identify pain points and deploy AI-driven solutions that cut manual effort and reduce error. Continuously monitor the AI and automation landscape for emerging tools and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the team proactively.
• CRM Tools & Process Optimization: Act as the in-house CRM specialist (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), improving daily operations through customization, automation workflows, and data integrity. Design enhancements for lead management, sales tracking, and cross-functional visibility, and support user adoption through training and best-practice guidance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to align digital and automation solutions with real business needs. Serve as the main point of contact for tech development requests, ensuring timely delivery and testing of new tools.
• Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards for senior management. Support regular performance reviews by surfacing trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and contribute data-driven insights to strategic planning.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Actuarial Science, or a related field (candidates from other disciplines with demonstrable skills are equally encouraged to apply). Proven experience in project management, digital process automation, or business operations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools, Hands-on proficiency with AI and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script; experience with vibe coding or other low-code/no-code tools is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel or BI platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset - proactive, curious about AI developments and comfortable managing multiple priorities without close supervision
• Nice to Have: Experience with AI-driven tools or ChatGPT-style integrations. Knowledge of sales operations or sales team structures. Basic understanding of APIs or low-code platform architecture.
