MAKE AN IMPACT
Executive Presentations
- Lead the design and preparation of high-quality presentations for C-suite and Board meetings, business reviews, and external communications.
- Synthesize business performance, project updates, and operational metrics into compelling narratives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (Business Heads, Finance, Operations, Risk) to ensure messaging is consistent, data-driven, and aligned with strategic priorities.
- Maintain an executive-ready view of key initiatives, KPIs, and transformation milestones.
*** Project & Program Management**
- Support and manage strategic projects across business units - from initiation to delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely reporting to senior leadership.
- Facilitate governance routines including steering committees and management updates.
** Business & Stakeholder Management**
- Liaise with senior executives, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders to anticipate needs and support decision-making.
** Business Intelligence & Data Insights**
- Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to gather, interpret, and visualize performance data.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI or SAP BusinessObjects to produce interactive dashboards and reports.
