Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an AI Test Automation Manager to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving automation testing strategies for AI-powered and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery across user interfaces, APIs, data platforms, and AI services. You will provide technical leadership, drive automation excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable AI solutions.

As an AI Test Automation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Define and drive test automation strategies for AI-powered, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead and mentor automation engineers while promoting quality engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across web, API, data, and AI testing layers.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, and Product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and solution quality.
• Establish testing approaches for AI models, prompt-based applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflows.

• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
• Monitor quality metrics, testing KPIs, defects, and risks while providing regular stakeholder updates.
• Drive innovation, process improvements, and the adoption of AI-enabled quality engineering practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including extensive experience in test automation.
• Proven experience leading automation testing teams and driving quality engineering initiatives across complex environments.
• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and technologies such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience testing AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, APIs, data platforms, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern quality engineering practices.
• Familiarity with AI model validation, prompt testing, AI agent testing, LLM evaluation, and Responsible AI principles is considered an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
