YOUR ROLE

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade AI Assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and the Power Platform.

• Build and integrate Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Identify processes suitable for AI adoption by analyzing business workflows, detecting repetitive patterns, and evaluating automation potential.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into clear, structured AI scenarios.

• Ensure all AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, reliability, and compliance.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experienced professional (3-5+ years) with a solid background in Power Platform.

• Experienced AI assisted solutions,

• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams while identifying high- value- opportunities for intelligent automation.

• Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (conversational flows, agent logic, integrations).

  • Practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas / Model-Driven), Dataverse, and Power Automate.

  • Basic knowledge of Azure services or Azure AI.

  • Nice to have: C# experience.

• Technical awareness:

  • Understanding of how AI assistants operate in enterprise environments, including integration patterns, data flows, and solution constraints.

  • Awareness of when to apply AI vs. traditional automation, recognizing both limitations and high-value opportunities.

  • Familiarity with modern cloud ecosystems and how AI and Power Platform components interact within them.

  • Ability to combine technical expertise with strong analytical and communication skills to identify and deliver effective AI-driven automation.

  • Proactive, curious, and open to exploring new AI-driven possibilities.

  • User-centric thinking with a focus on identifying automation opportunities and simplifying workflows.

  • Strong ownership mindset combined with adaptability in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
