You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with a leading European mobility services provider, headquartered in Germany and backed by nearly 90 years of expertise. As part of this journey, you’ll contribute to the launch of a new Tech Hub in Porto, helping to drive innovative, technology-led solutions that are transforming how businesses move while contributing to a more sustainable future.
YOUR ROLE
- Implement data models and layered lakehouse structures and make curated data available to BI tools such as Power BI.
- Establish data processes and infrastructure from scratch where needed.
- Build, run and continuously improve production-grade cloud data pipelines.
- Design and provision scalable, maintainable cloud data infrastructure.
- Develop reliable data products, including data quality checks, monitoring and alerting.
YOUR PROFILE
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, building and running;
- production data pipelines in the cloud, ideally Azure (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Fabric);
- Strong SQL and Python skills;
- Hands-on experience with cloud data services, ideally Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric;
- Hands-on experience with pipeline orchestration and CI/CD tools such as Airflow, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions;
- Experience provisioning cloud data infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or Bicep;
- Experience with dbt is a strong plus;
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality in data engineering is a plus.
