Your role
- Supporting the continuous improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related governance processes.
- Helping maintain and enhance security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborating with teams across Capgemini to ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.
- Supporting internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Tracking and reporting key security and compliance metrics to stakeholders.
- Promoting security awareness and helping teams understand security requirements in a practical way.
- Supporting security incident reviews, corrective actions, and lessons learned activities.
Your profile
- Experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, governance, or a related field.
- Understanding of information security principles and risk management concepts.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
