Your role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer with a working knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments, and proficiency in French. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about IT infrastructure, eager to learn, and ready to grow professionally within a dynamic team.In addition to technical responsibilities, you may act as a Shift Lead on assigned shifts, coordinating daily operational activities, supporting team members, ensuring service continuity, and serving as the first point of contact for operational escalations.
Your tasks
- Act as Shift Lead on assigned shifts, overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating team priorities, ensuring service continuity, supporting team members in incident and request handling, and acting as the primary escalation point for operational matters
- Analyze server performance and ensure system stability
- Build and decommission virtual servers
- Install software and apply patches
- Investigate and resolve backup-related incidents
- Implement changes in collaboration with other technical support teams
Your profile
- Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux (commands, services, user and file management, crontab)
- Familiarity with Windows OS troubleshooting and built-in tools
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
