Your role
You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Nexthink solutions to improve the digital employee experience across enterprise environments. Working closely with architects, engineers, and service teams, you will transform business and technical requirements into reliable solutions that enhance endpoint performance, user experience, and workplace operations. You can expect to contribute to platform enhancements, automation initiatives, analytics, and proactive issue resolution while helping organizations gain valuable insights into their digital workplace environments.
Your tasks
- Implement, configure, and maintain Nexthink solutions in enterprise environments.
- Monitor endpoint performance, user experience, and digital workplace health using Nexthink.
- Configure and leverage features such as Experience Central, Employee Engagement, and Remote Actions.
- Develop and maintain automation and remediation workflows using Nexthink and PowerShell.
- Analyze digital experience and endpoint data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Integrate Nexthink with workplace, reporting, and service management platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint and digital experience issues.
- Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution design activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service improvements and proactive remediation initiatives.
- Share knowledge and provide technical guidance to team members.
Your profile
- Hands-on experience with Nexthink in enterprise environments.
- Experience working with Experience Central, Employee Engagement, and Remote Actions.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Knowledge of Windows desktop and/or Windows Server administration.
- Good understanding of SQL and data analysis.
- Experience analyzing endpoint performance and digital employee experience data.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports based on monitoring and telemetry data.
- Knowledge of system integrations and data connectivity concepts.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
- Experience creating technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- German language skills are considered an advantage.
