Your role
We are seeking an experienced SAP transformation consultant with 10+ years of SAP delivery experience to lead the adoption and operationalization of an integrated SAP delivery toolchain across large transformation programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing best-practice delivery governance, methodology execution, toolchain integration, and delivery standards across SAP programs. Leveraging industry-leading SAP and enterprise transformation tools, the individual will drive consistency, traceability, quality, and value realization throughout the end-to-end transformation lifecycle.
Working closely with Capgemini leadership, this individual will help embed and maximize the value of Capgemini's delivery accelerators and digital delivery platforms, including Digital Acceleration Navigator (DAN), while bringing external best practices and lessons learned from previous SAP transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated SAP Toolchain Leadership
- Define and implement an integrated SAP delivery toolchain strategy across transformation programs.
- Establish processes, standards, and governance for the effective use of SAP and partner delivery platforms.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, and value realization.
- Drive tool adoption and process standardization across delivery teams.
Delivery Methodology & Governance
- Lead the implementation of modern SAP delivery methodologies based on SAP Activate, RISE with SAP principles, Agile delivery, and industry best practices.
- Establish delivery controls, quality gates, and governance frameworks.
- Drive project predictability, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, transformation roadmap, and delivery execution.
Toolset Enablement & Optimization
- Enable and govern the use of:
- SAP Cloud ALM
- SAP Signavio
- LeanIX
- Tricentis
- SAP migration and assessment tools
- Capgemini accelerators and delivery platforms, including DAN
- Evaluate opportunities to improve integration, automation, and reporting across the delivery ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled delivery practices.
Delivery Excellence
- Build reusable playbooks, templates, standards, and accelerators.
- Improve consistency across multiple SAP programs and accounts.
- Support sales-to-delivery handover processes and solution traceability.
- Establish reporting frameworks and executive dashboards.
Capability Development
- Coach project managers, architects, functional leads, and PMO teams.
- Build organizational capability in integrated toolchain adoption.
- Drive knowledge sharing and continuous improvement communities.
- Promote best practices across SAP transformation engagements.
Your Profile
Mandatory skills and expereince :
- 10+ years SAP consulting and transformation delivery experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading large SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate and program governance.
- Experience establishing delivery methodologies, PMO frameworks, or delivery excellence functions.
- Experience implementing or governing enterprise delivery platforms and toolchains.
- Executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

- Experience with one or more of:
- SAP Cloud ALM
- SAP Signavio
- LeanIX
- Tricentis
- SAP Solution Manager
- Jira / Azure DevOps
- Enterprise Architecture tools
- Experience driving tool adoption and organizational change.
- Exposure to AI-enabled delivery and automation capabilities.
- Experience working within global systems integrator environments.
This position is covered by the Professional Employees Award. Remuneration for this role is structured in accordance with this award, with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
