Why Join Us?Seven Media Group (SMG) is one of Australia’s most prominent media companies, with a market-leading presence across television, audio, publishing and digital.  Every day, millions of Australians turn to us for the news they rely on, the sport they love, the entertainment they enjoy and the stories that bring communities together.  SMG is home to some of Australia's most trusted and loved brands including the Seven Network, the Hit and Triple M radio networks and Australia’s number one podcast network, LiSTNR.About the roleThe Digital Ad Platforms Executive will be responsible for supporting the digital ad operations & sales teams through audience segment management and platform capability management, including the CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud), Adswizz, Frequency and Covatic (Precision+) and Veritonic.  Management of these platforms supports the effective delivery of digital ad campaigns.What you’ll doOwn the creation, governance, quality control, and ongoing optimisation of Audience Segments within LiSTNR’s CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud), including advertiser data matching and insight delivery.Ensure Audience Segments and updates are distributed to relevant ad delivery platforms (Adswizz, Frequency), as well as updating reference documentation.Supporting platform capability management for attribution tools (Precision Plus, Veritonic) for Sales and Ad Ops.Supporting platform capability management for of Dynamic Creative Optimisation tool Frequency, assisting in creation of of DCO campaigns, and testing of new data signalsSupporting monetisation across the LiSTNR Podcast network and partners (including LiSTNR Original Podcasts, SiriusXM, Diamantina, Audacy) via activation of new podcast content, offboarding and assisting with troubleshooting.Support monetisation of LiSTNR Streaming content including activation of new stations, offboarding, as well as assisting with ad experience and quality control across Apps, Web, and Smart Speakers.Maintenance of digital ad campaign delivery dashboards in Domo.Deliver Usage Reports for data partners such as Experian, as well as the management of data ingestion for Scope 3 (sustainability/greenhouse gas emissions reporting)Support Ad Tech innovation and change, including testing new ad products and platforms, documenting segment data via shared wikis, and partnering with development teams to resolve issues and deliver change management initiatives.What you’ll need1+ years’ experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, project coordination, or advertising technology.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions quicklyWhat we offerSalary Packaging - Access novated leasing and exclusive discounts on top brands and tickets for a range of entertainment experiences  Fitness Passport - Enjoy discounted access to a broad range of gyms and swimming pools across Australia Parental Leave - Generous paid parental leave and 5 days paid fertility leave  Exclusive perks - Working in media comes with a heap of perks including discounts on top brands, behind-the-scenes access, & industry tickets Birthday & Volunteer Leave - celebrate your birthday with a paid day off, plus enjoy an additional day each year to volunteer for a charity or cause that matters to you.Work Life Balance- 9 Day fortnight trial to support a balanced lifestyle  Working at SMG means being part of a business with unmatched reach, endless opportunities to grow, and the chance to make a real impact.
