Your Role
We’re hiring a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to drive enterprise-scale IT operations transformation!If you have expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, CMDB, apply now for PAN India locations with 6-12 years of experience.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
- Configure and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB modules.
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy and integrity through automated discovery and reconciliation.
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring and observability tools.
Your Profile
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Operations.
- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
