Your Role:

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of IMS/IP Telephony projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and customer expectations are met;
• Define and drive implementation, migration, and software upgrade strategies across IMS network elements;
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and internal delivery teams;
• Coordinate and manage technical project resources, task assignments, and daily delivery activities;
• Oversee deployment, integration, testing, acceptance, and performance validation of IMS solutions;
• Manage technical risks, escalations, incidents, RCA activities, and resolution of complex delivery issues;
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and delivery quality initiatives.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Delivery, or Telecom Solution Leadership roles;
• Strong knowledge of IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), VoIP, and IP Telephony technologies;
• Hands-on experience with IMS network elements such as SBC, TAS, CFX, MSS, and MGW;
• Strong understanding of telecom network deployments, integrations, migrations, and software upgrades;
• Experience managing customer-facing projects, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering teams;
• Solid background in risk management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation handling;
• PMP/PMI certification or equivalent project management experience is considered a strong advantage.
