About The Job You’re Considering

Our client, a leading global travel and cruise company, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create engaging, responsive web experiences across a portfolio of well-known brands. This hands-on individual contributor role focuses on designing intuitive user journeys, high-quality visual interfaces, and conversion-driven digital experiences.

Your Role

• Design end-to-end web experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity UI
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Work within and contribute to established design systems
• Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and user-centered design principles
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and brand teams
• Use research, analytics, and testing insights to improve user experiences
• Prepare design specifications and developer handoffs in Figma

Your Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience with a web focus
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX problem-solving
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Experience with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite in Miami four days per week
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$63,140 - $118,144

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
