Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for your area of responsibility, with a focus on building GenAI-powered co-pilots and agents.
• Deeply understand the needs of the developer community, support teams, business customers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and model risk officers across Capital One.
• Partner with business and technology leadership to align on prioritization of key problems to be solved to maximize business and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams in India and the USA to drive alignment with different teams working on the platform.
• Incorporate design thinking and analytics to inform product design, with a strong emphasis on customer-centricity.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in agile ceremonies.
• Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments.
• Serve as the connection between Customers, Capital One's mission, and Tech Partners.
• Collaborate with the design team and guide their investments for research, prototyping, experimentation, and overall design thinking.
• Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from internal stakeholders to executives and employees to end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• At least 3 years of experience in building AI-powered products and AI platform products for enterprises.
• Product mindset and customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• 4+ years of experience with Generative AI, AI and Machine Learning technologies.
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or Business Analytics.
• Experience working with LLM-powered copilot and agent-assist capabilities.
