AI Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for an experienced AI Security Specialist / Lead to establish and strengthen our enterprise AI security programme. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in securing generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, RAG applications, and machine learning systems across their lifecycle. You will lead AI security governance, conduct security assessments, implement secure AI development practices, and ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI security strategy, governance, policies, and standards.
• Secure AI/ML applications, LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and MLOps environments.
• Conduct AI security assessments, threat modelling, AI red teaming, prompt injection testing, adversarial ML testing, and AI API security reviews.
• Design and implement AI security controls, including guardrails, DLP, access controls, secure RAG, model integrity, monitoring, and logging.
• Establish AI security monitoring, incident response, and risk management processes.
• Assess third-party AI platforms, models, and vendors for security and compliance.
• Ensure alignment with industry frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10 ISO/IEC 42001 and other security best practices.

Requirements:

• 4 - 8 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3 years in AI/GenAI security.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI security.
• Hands-on experience with AI red teaming, prompt injection, adversarial ML, secure AI architecture, model security, and AI penetration testing.
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience with AI security tools such as NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, Promptfoo, Garak, Lakera AI, HiddenLayer, Protect AI, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in BFSI or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, privacy, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CAISP, OSCP, AWS ML Speciality, Azure AI Engineer, or ISO/IEC 42001 are preferred.
