Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) - Growth with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in product analytics. You will focus on understanding user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, tracking product performance, and using data to drive product and business decisions. Strong hands-on experience with Mixpanel and a good understanding of user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and monetization are key for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and product performance using Mixpanel and other analytics tools.
• Build and monitor funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and event-based analyses to identify drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Track key product and growth metrics, including D1/D7/D30 retention, activation, conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn.
• Analyze user acquisition performance, ROAS, and channel-level performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Define product metrics and ensure proper event tracking and instrumentation across the user journey.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, including hypothesis definition, success metrics, and result analysis.
• Use data-driven insights to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Work with analytics and attribution platforms such as GA4 Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, growth, product analytics, or business analytics.
• Experience preferably in consumer technology/mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, particularly: Funnels, Retention Analysis, Cohorts, Event Tracking, and User Behavior Analysis.
• Strong understanding of product and growth KPIs such as D1/D7/D30 retention, activation, conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and churn.
• Understanding of ROAS and user acquisition performance.
• Experience with GA4 Firebase, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of SQL is preferred; strong Excel skills are valuable.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven product decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
