Senior Director - Entertainment Pricing, Planning, Supply and Ad Products, Digital

* Job Summary

To Leads end-to-end monetization strategy and product innovation for Digital Entertainment Ads, driving revenue growth through optimized pricing, supply architecture, programmatic partnerships, and scalable ad solutions from ideation to market launch.

* Key Responsibilities

• Device roadmap for Ad offering for advertisers and keep JHS ads ahead of the curve
• Lead a high performing team of ICs to drive Ad tech/product initiatives across various stakeholder team
• Drive high impact ad product launches (e.g. new ad formats, targeting, ad experiences) Work with cross functional stakeholders (sales, Product, ad ops, BI)
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to manage dependencies and ensure timely execution and clear roadblocks for the team
• Partner with sales teams to sell packaged propositions, custom solutions, strategic deals and resolve teething tech issues
• Regularly communicate program updates, decisions, and risks to leadership concisely and visually
• Coordinate pilot launches, A/B testing, feedback loops, and scale rollout.

* Skills & Attributes for success

• 10-12 years of experience in digital media, adtech, programmatic, or product / revenue / monetization roles.
• People Management experience of managing high performing teams
• Hands on experience driving one or more of: ad product development, pricing & packaging, programmatic monetization, yield management, new ad formats.
• Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, header bidding, private marketplaces, targeting).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, engineering, Ad ops).
• Ability to think commercially and translate product levers into revenue impact.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset, ability to operate in ambiguity, structured thinking.

* Preferred Education & Experience

A Bachelor's/master’s degree with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience.

People Management and Experience in Product/Strategy/Program roles in OTT/Media/AdTech is a must.
