Associate Product Manager - Growth

Responsibilities:

• Analyse user behaviour and product performance using Mixpanel and other analytics tools.
• Build and monitor funnels, cohorts, retention reports, and event-based analyses to identify user drop-offs and growth opportunities.
• Track and analyse key product and growth metrics including D1/D7/D30 Retention, Activation, Conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and Churn.
• Analyse acquisition performance and understand ROAS and channel-level performance.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify and execute growth initiatives.
• Define product metrics and ensure appropriate event tracking and instrumentation across the user journey.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and analysing results.
• Use data and insights to make recommendations for improving user engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Work with GA4 Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar analytics and attribution platforms.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics, preferably in consumer tech/mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, particularly: o Funnels o Retention analysis o Cohorts o Event tracking o User behaviour analysis.
• Strong understanding of product and growth KPIs such as D1/D7/D30 Retention, Activation, Conversion, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and Churn.
• Understanding of ROAS and user acquisition performance.
• Experience with GA4 Firebase, or similar analytics tools.
• Exposure to AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of SQL is preferred; strong Excel skills are also valuable.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis-driven product decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
