Civil Engineer Manager (Construction) T04364

- Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction activities at the project site.- Manage and control construction work to ensure it complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.- Review construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.- Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.- Analyze and resolve technical, engineering, and construction-related issues.- Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and requirements.- Control and maintain construction quality in accordance with company and project standards.- Coordinate and manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and tools required for projects.- Prepare material and equipment requirements based on project plans and construction schedules.- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and negotiate prices and delivery schedules.- Monitor the purchasing process to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet required specifications and quality standards.- Control and monitor procurement costs to support efficient project budget management.- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability at the construction site.- Promote and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.- Prepare project progress reports and provide updates to management.- Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.- Support and supervise construction team members at the assigned project site.

* Salary: 60,000 THB + (Depends on skills and experience)

* Others:Working Time/Day: Monday - Saturday *Saturday is half day (8:00-17:00)
