Contract Senior Officer, Human Resource Management (6 months)

[What the role is]

As part of the Human Resource Management team, you will play a key role in personnel administration - ensuring that staff-related records and submissions are accurately processed and maintained within the relevant systems, including the digitisation of physical files. You will support the HR Business Partners across a range of HR functions, including facilitating new hire induction and offboarding processes. On the recruitment front, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and follow-ups, administer technical assessments, and support outreach efforts.

This is a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of a further 6-month extension subject to the organisation's needs.

[What you will be working on]

• Process and maintain accurate personnel records and submissions within the relevant systems, ensuring timely and precise data entry and verification.

• Support the digitisation of physical files, including scanning and uploading of documents as part of the team's records management efforts.

• Facilitate new hire induction and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees at every stage of their journey.

• Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, administering technical assessments, managing candidate communications and follow-ups and supporting outreach efforts.

• Partner with HR Business Partners to support day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc projects as required.
