Senior Officer, Meetings & Incentive Travel
[What the role is]
Administrative support for a business development team. The team’s goal is to develop Singapore as a leading MICE destination for Corporate Meetings and Incentive Travel business.[What you will be working on]
- Supports the division in day-to-day administration, to enable the departments to execute their business and industry development work.
- Responsible for managing and processing various grant schemes for the department including BEiS, BIF, INSPIRE etc and will be required to interact with clients and stakeholders regularly.
- Assist in the itinerary planning, logistical arrangement for site inspections, trade and client familiarisation trips, tradeshow management and major events.
- Provide procurement, budget and administrative support for event servicing, filing management, finance matters, CRM and other duties required by the division.
- A meticulous team player with strong multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to develop a thorough understanding of grant and procurement policies to ensure robust compliance.

- At least 5 years of work experience in a similar function
- Ability to multi-task and follow-up independently in a timely manner
- Resourceful team player who focuses on achieving results with others
