Graphic & Motion Designer

We are seeking a versatile, fast-paced mid-level graphic & motion designer to own Carofi's visual identity across digital performance channels, B2B corporate assets, on-ground showroom materials, and brand documentation. You will collaborate closely with our content creators and media buyer to build conversion-driven ad creatives, animated video graphics, print assets, and modular templates that scale our brand across Egypt's automotive ecosystem.

1. Brand Identity Systems & Documentation

• Build, organise, and maintain Carofi’s complete master brand guidelines, typography hierarchies, colour palettes, and digital asset libraries.

• Develop visual design files and documentation for new internal initiatives, sub-brands, and upcoming product launches (e.g., Carofi Studio, Carofi Partners).

2. Performance Marketing & Social Media Templates

• Design dynamic performance ad creatives, hero vehicle model pricing cards (with monthly instalments, down payments, and 0% admin fee badges), and 2-step lead capture visuals for Meta and Google.

• Create modular, high-engagement social media templates for Instagram and TikTok (educational carousels, myth-busting statistics, and lifestyle posts).

• Develop interactive B2B LinkedIn document carousels (PDFs) tailored for HR directors and CFOs (such as our Employee Auto-Benefit and Fleet Financing guides).

3. Medium-Difficulty Motion Graphics & Carofi Studio Support

• Create kinetic typography, animated UI app screens, and motion elements for organic Reels and TikToks.

• Produce intro/outro logo animations, video thumbnails, lower thirds, and brand watermark bugs for Carofi Studio and YouTube productions.

4. On-Ground, POS & Offline Print Collateral

• Design high-resolution, print-ready offline collateral for partner showrooms across Cairo and Giza (acrylic counter stands, roll-up banners, flyers, and vehicle dashboard "Scan to Pre-Calculate" QR displays).

• Create event pop-up booths, exhibition branding, and POS merchandise for corporate partnerships and showroom activations.

5. Internal & External Corporate Communications

• Design branded pitch decks, executive presentation slides, email newsletter templates, and official partnership agreements.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional design experience in-house at a fast-growing startup, fintech, automotive platform, or dynamic creative agency.

• Technical Software Stack:

  • Mastery: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.

  • Motion & Video: Adobe After Effects (intermediate/medium difficulty) and Premiere Pro.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of grid systems, Arabic typography pairing, visual hierarchy, and colour theory.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CTR, scroll-stop rates) and designing specifically for mobile ad conversions.

  • Thorough understanding of print production standards (CMYK, bleeds, dielines, large-format resolution, and material specs for acrylic and roll-ups).

  • High agility, coachability, and the ability to turn around tactical creative variations within a 24–48-hour window.
