Retail Sales Executive

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and direct outreach to generate new sales opportunities.

• Promote CAROFI’s services and communicate their value to prospective customers through face-to-face meetings.

• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive conversions, encourage repeat business, and maximize customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular field visits to potential clients and relevant business locations to expand CAROFI’s market reach.

• Negotiate with prospective customers, address objections, and follow up consistently to close deals.

• Maintain accurate customer records, track sales activities, and document interactions using the CRM system.

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution when needed.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in outdoor sales, field sales, direct sales, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Confident in approaching new customers, conducting face-to-face meetings, and presenting services effectively.

• Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage customer visits and follow-ups effectively.

• Previous experience using CRM systems is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory as required.
