About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to develop and execute creative work across Mudah, Carousell and key business verticals. This role will translate marketing strategies and campaign briefs into compelling visual ideas and high-quality creative assets across digital and offline channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong design fundamentals, creative judgement and attention to detail, who can take a brief from concept to execution with minimal guidance, while balancing brand consistency with fresh and experimental ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Concept & Development

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for campaigns, brand, social, digital, OOH and offline marketing.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions, with multiple variations and formats for different audiences and platforms.
• Explore bold and new creative approaches while staying grounded in the brand.

Brand & Creative Execution

• Apply and maintain Mudah and Carousell brand guidelines across all creative work.
• Know when to follow established principles and when to experiment and push creative boundaries.
• Build reusable templates and creative systems that improve consistency, efficiency and scalability.

Digital & Offline Production

• Design and adapt assets across social, digital advertising, websites/apps, CRM, presentations, OOH, print and other offline materials.
• Manage multiple projects and versions efficiently while ensuring quality and technical requirements are met.
• Work with agencies, production partners, printers and freelancers where required.

Creative Innovation & Collaboration

• Partner with Brand, Campaigns, Growth, Product and other stakeholders to develop creative that supports business objectives.
• Collaborate with external creative partners on larger campaigns and projects.
• Stay current with design trends, cultural movements, emerging formats and AI tools, and proactively bring new ideas and ways of working to the team.

Requirements

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field.
• Experience developing creative across digital and offline channels, translating marketing briefs into concepts and final assets.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, formats and stakeholders, with agency/vendor experience a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour and visual hierarchy, with the ability to efficiently adapt creative across formats.
• Motion/video and AI-powered creative tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Firefly, Midjourney) are a plus.

Portfolio

• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign, social/digital, advertising, branding and/or offline creative.
• Demonstrates the ability to take an idea from concept to multiple executions and formats, while balancing strong design fundamentals with experimentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, technology or other consumer-facing businesses.
• Experience across multiple brands and offline/OOH creative.
• Motion/video, animation or AI-powered creative skills.
