Responsibilities
Collection Document- Coordinate with the Team Leader & Agent to follow up on outstanding payments and supporting documents (WHT, Collection Warning Letter, JNE Report).
Cross-Department Coordination - Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve documents collection issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze collection data, prepare reports & letter to support business decisions.
Data Management & Reconciliation - Maintain data accuracy and assist in reconciling payments, disputes, and outstanding accounts.
Compliance - Ensure collection activities follow internal policies and applicable regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Administration roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and charts, as well as basic Microsoft Word skills for document preparation and business correspondence.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, well-organized documentation.
