The Sales trainer requires a mix of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and soft skills. 

• Technical Proficiency

Strong understanding of Cartrack’s software solutions and fleet management technology.

Ability to explain technical features in simple, understandable terms.

Stays up-to-date with software updates and industry trends, including competitor analysis.

• Sales Expertise

Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions.

Understands the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Can provide practical, real-world sales strategies and techniques to trainees.

• Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Can convey complex technical concepts clearly.

Strong presentation skills for workshops, webinars, or team meetings

• Training & Coaching Ability

Skilled at creating engaging training materials and sessions.

Can coach and mentor sales representatives to improve performance.

Provides constructive feedback and motivates team members.
