Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager, South Cluster to lead our business across Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay. As the Sales Manager, South Cluster, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening distributor and customer partnerships, and delivering commercial excellence across the region. This is a key leadership role with accountability for sales performance, commercial execution, forecasting, and customer engagement. You will lead a team based in Chile while collaborating closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and other cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives.
This position is based in Santiago- Chile.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay through effective commercial strategy and execution
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers, conducting regular business reviews and identifying growth opportunities
- Lead forecasting, demand planning, and performance analysis to support business decision-making and S&OP processes
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to deliver business priorities and achieve commercial objectives
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Significant experience in Sales, Commercial Management, Business Development, or Account Management
- Proven success managing distributor networks and channel partners
- Experience delivering commercial growth, profitability, and market share objectives
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or postgraduate qualification
- Experience in Lubricants, Automotive, Industrial, Chemicals, FMCG, or related sectors
- Experience managing business across multiple countries
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and S&OP processes
- P&L management experience
